📦 1. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines
At 49Wholesale.store, we take pride in rapid fulfillment. All orders are processed at our central warehousing & fulfillment facility located in Surat, Gujarat.
- Verification: Orders are verified immediately once the customer submits the 12-digit UPI UTR / Reference number.
- Dispatch Window: All verified orders are packed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays).
- Quality Check (QC): Every kitchenware and daily essential item undergoes physical inspection and protective bubble packaging before being handed over to couriers.

Delivery transit times depend upon your destination geography:
- Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 3 to 5 business days.
- Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities (State Capitals & Major Towns): 4 to 6 business days.
- Rest of India / Remote Pin Codes / North-East / J&K: 6 to 8 business days.

Once your consignment is scanned out of the Surat warehouse, you will receive real-time updates via SMS and Email containing your unique Air Waybill (AWB) tracking number. You can also track your order anytime directly on our Live Track Order Page.
📍 5. Undelivered / Returned Consignments (RTO)
Please ensure your complete delivery address, landmark, correct 6-digit pin code, and an active 10-digit mobile number are provided during checkout. The delivery associate will make up to 3 delivery attempts and call you before attempting delivery.
